TIGGER was left by his owner at 16 to be euthanized after what looks like some years of neglect and he is shaking in a corner scared out of his mind. We asked them to put a blanket but he won't go inside. Hopefully they will move him to the medical building because he is not doing well at all. He needs help ASAP! Please SHARE for his innocent life.
